How it works
Whether you use powdered milk or fresh milk for the calves, it is important that the feeding does not contain any bacteria. The pasteurization process heats the milk to 63 degrees Celsius. This ensures that there are no more pathogenic bacteria in the milk, without the nutritional values disappearing from the milk. After this, the milk is cooled down to nutritional temperature and can be fed to the calves.

Different variants and options
Depending on the number of calves you have on average on your farm, you choose a suitable pasteurizer. The pasteurizers are available from 20 gallons (75 liters) up to the largest variant with a capacity of 800 gallons (3000 liters). All pasteurizers are controlled with the supplied control system. Combine the Pasteurizer with the Bottle washer, and make sure that the hygiene is also ensured in the milk bottles.
